Himanshu Kumar, the director of VCA, and Sodi Sambo were detained at the Kanker Police Station. Himanshuji has been freed and is on his way back to Dantewada. Sambo is being taken in a police van to Dantewara. The police continue to detain her though they haven't technically arrested her. Himanshuji and others feel that she might be arrested in Dantewara and several cases foisted on her.
